European Cruise Service is the Scandinavian market leader in incoming cruise handling, acting as ships agents and shore excursion agents in all cruise ports in all three Scandinavian countries.
The company traces its origins back to the middle of the 19th century and was involved even when the first ‘cruiseship’, M/S St. Sunniva, made her maiden voyage along the Norwegian coast in 1887.
Today ECS handles well over 600 cruise calls upon Norwegian ports each summer as ships agents, thus representing more than 60% of the cruise ships visiting Norway. We are represented in over 50 Scandinavian ports.
ECS operates from its main office in Bergen with branch offices in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Additionally we have local agents in all cruise ports along the coast.
In Oslo we are located less than 100m from the main cruise pier, and thus always at hand to ensure that the calls and shore excursions are executed flawlessly.
